no-cancer-spell

If you want to embrace your inner and outer goddess, this mantra is for you!   Eat well and move every Day.  If you do this, it will work better than any health spell you can dream up.  All it takes is a little bit of will power and motivation.  You can reduce your stress and reduce the risk of cancer as well.  Even if you are older, eating a healthy diet, staying active, and cutting out the smoking and alcohol habits will reduce your cancer risks.

Remember that this is magic, but no need for a spell.  The four elements to this cancer reducing magic tricks are below.  No spell is needed, although a spell for willpower and motivation may help you to keep your health and beauty goals in sight.

Maintain a healthy weight

Have you fluctuated your weight throughout the years?  With the exception of pregnancy, there is never an excuse for massive weight fluctuations.  If you gain weight when stressed then lose weight on healthy diets, you wreak havoc on your body.  It is never too late to change the yo-yo dieting mentality and switch over to a slow and steady healthy diet.  This is the reason a healthy diet works so much better than a fad diet. It is because you can maintain such eating habits over the long haul.  Years of keeping your weight steady without too much of a fluctuation, can reduce your cancer risk.

Exercise moderately

Just like with the fad dieting, exercising is key.  And fad exercising is a really bad idea.  This is why going to those boot camps or hardcore training fads could be a bad idea.  They may help to jump-start your New Year’s resolution but if it’s too hard-core to maintain that level of exercise, you won’t succeed in staying fit for the long run.  This is where moderate exercise comes in.  Start walking, do nautilus at the gym, or take up a fun sport that gives you moderate but vigorous exercise five days a week.  Even walking for 30 minutes a day will help you reduce your cancer risk drastically.  So, get moving!

Eat healthy

Eating healthy food is key.  Stop with the calorie counting tactics and start choosing extremely healthy foods.  The easiest way to start is to quit sugary junk food, and fried foods.  Then, add in plenty of vegetables and fruits daily.  If you can’t eat that much vegetables consider getting a juicer to get in your daily servings.  Limit the carbs and breads and try sticking to whole grain or whole wheat.  Likewise, limit all consumption of red fatty meat and super processed meat.  Eat lean protein such as chicken breast without the skin or grilled salmon.  If you reduce sugar and fried foods and add in more fruits and vegetable you will reduce your cancer risk substantially.

Quit the booze

Lastly, don’t bother to drink. It just isn’t worth it and can have adverse effects on your health.  if you must drink then limit the alcohol consumption to no more than one drink a day, if you drink at all.  Kicking the alcohol habit will really help, as will ceasing to smoke if you do that.  Quit alcohol, and don’t smoke is the bottom line.  If you follow these four health axioms you can get your cancer risk down by 20 percent to as much as 60 percent, depending on the cancer.  Now that’s a spell that is worth casting!  It is all about a healthy, active lifestyle.
