Diet tips for a goddess body

If you want to have the body of a goddess you have to eat less, and exercise more.  While getting that fabulous figure is easier said than done, the key to weight loss success is commitment, the right attitude, and having a good plan to accomplish your goals.

Clarity

Having clarity as to what you want to achieve should help.  Make a realistic plan.  For example, set a goal of losing 5 pounds in 5 weeks.  This should make your goal concrete.  If you set a realistic goal and have clarity on what you hope to achieve, you’ll stay more motivated.  Motivation leads to better odds of succeeding.

Think positive

Monitor your own progress and focus on how far you still have to go in order to reach your diet goal.  If you lost 2 pounds, focus on the 3 pounds that are left to meet your weight loss goal of 5 pounds in 5 weeks.  If you stay focused on what you need to do in order to reach your goal successfully, you’ll be less likely to slack off. 

Stay upbeat and try to ignore minor setbacks.  Don’t let a bad day or a slight break in your good eating habits let you fall off track.  A party or other occasion makes it difficult to diet.  If you fall off track then just stay positive and continue on track.  It will be fine.

Persistence pays

Losing weight is very hard.  It takes time and so you have to be realistic.  Set realistic goals for yourself and choose a weight loss goal that is moderate and very achievable.  Don’t assume you can lose a bunch of weight fast as you’ll fail.  Instead, take it slow and steady.  Make a realistic and achievable weight loss goal and then methodically plan and persist in achieving the goal.  Successful dieters are the ones who stick it out.  Don’t give up!

Willpower

Here is where your witch craft way of thinking can help your dieting.  Casting spells often involves ritual, ceremony and clearing your mind to think about what you want to happen and will good things to happen to you.  This way of thinking can help with your weight loss goals.  Focus on positive thoughts and your willpower to change.

Willpower involves quite a bit of self-control.  If you have a difficult time controlling your impulse to snack or eat unhealthful foods, you might want to select a different activity to track your mind onto a different path.  This can be meditation, listening to music, lighting candles or burning essential oils, using soothing bath&body fragrances, perfumes, or exercise.  Sometimes taking a relaxing walk in the afternoon or evenings can segway your mind away from your diet.  Exercise will also help you burn off more calories and feel invigorated.

Practicing positive thoughts, self-control and focusing on a healthy lifestyle should help you become the beautiful goddess that you want to be.  Outer beauty is superficial yet you will feel good about yourself both inside and out if you adopt a healthy lifestyle and put effort in to being healthy and in shape.
